Whether it's an exclusive chauffeur service to BMW Welt, the inclusive vehicle induction and orientation at the Premiere, and the cuisine at the Bavarie by Käfer restaurant - no matter which package you choose, both guarantee a memorable experience for the collection of your new vehicle, from A as in Arrival to Z as in Zatisfied Drive Home ( satisfied with a 'Z').     Exclusive Pick-Up at BMW Welt

    Treat yourself to an exclusive program for your big day. We've put together with care, the Exclusive Package for you, every detail carefully considered to create a memorable experience. 

    Look forward to: 

    • Arrival with chauffeur service to BMW Welt 
    • Check in and refreshments in the Premium Lounge 
    • Virtual presentation of your new BMW by a vehicle specialist in the BMW Product Info Center 
    • Handover of your new, fully fuelled BMW in an exclusive, separate area 
    • Explanation of all important functions and configuration of the comfort systems
    • Exclusive 4-course menu in the Bavarie by Käfer restaurant, created by star chef Bobby Bräuer, head chef of EssZimmer by Feinkost Käfer 
    • Taking part in a guided tour of the BMW Group plant , a visit to the BMW Museum or the BMW Group Classic. (2)

    In addition, depending on availability, you can book the Highlight Exclusive Privacy for an additional fee of €249 and schedule it for your pickup.

    • Virtual presentation of your new BMW and first info-session in the Product Info Centre
    • Vehicle handover at the Premiere with a unique panoramic view of BMW Welt 
    • Participation in a BMW Group plant tour and visit to the BMW Museum 

    Naturally, you can also schedule the BMW Group plant tour, the BMW Classic Tour and the visit to the BMW Museum before the handover. (2)
