The journey begins in East and Southern Africa — inspired by Jens Madsen’s personal roots and discoveries. The Nomadic Earth menu combines regional ingredients with African spices, fermentation, fire, and freshness. The result is a cuisine that is minimalistic, refined, and full of unexpected twists.
