Whether it's Andy Warhol's BMW M1, Jenny Holzer and the BMW V12 LMR and the BMW 320i Turbo or Jeff Koon's BMW M3 GT2 – every single one has given its own signature artistic interpretation to the BMW design. Art Car No. 5
Currently on display is BMW Art Car No. 5, the BMW 635 CSi designed by Ernst Fuchs. As the first BMW Art Car based on a production model, the vehicle served the artist as a projection surface for his imagination. Form, color, and dynamism merge into an expressive visual language that explores primal fear, movement, and the idea of transcending boundaries.
