Sustainability can not only be exciting, it can also make you truly creative! The various RE:BMW Circular Lab workshops with varying degrees of challenge open up an understanding of people and our environment to children, young people and families. They promote the development of problem-solving as well as thinking outside the box. The workshops are facilitated by pedagogically trained staff.

CREATIVE WORKSHOPS.

The creative workshops at BMW Welt allow children's and young people's imaginations every possible outlet. As pioneers for the future they can create a vehicle, develop their own concept of mobility, or design their own future vehicle according to what is possible for their age group. All this in real teamwork and guided by pedagogical principles.

PROGRAMMING WORKSHOPS.

In the programming workshops, children of different age groups immerse themselves in the expansive topic of "coding". They learn which language can be used to instruct robots what to do. And they experiment with innovative kits on various future topics. The workshops are accompanied by educationally trained staff.

DETECTIVE WORKSHOP.

Children measure vehicles in the BMW Museum to find clues

After a joint, interactive walk through the BMW Museum, the children are given the task of tracking down and investigating specific vehicles using a detective's kit including measuring tape, gloves and police cordon tape. The results are prepared and presented by the teams in a profile they will have designed and made themselves.

DESIGN WORKSHOP.

Young people paint their own car design

In the design workshop at the BMW Junior Museum, children have fun exploring the shapes and colours of automobiles and become car designers themselves. The journey into the world of industrial design stimulates the imagination leading right into the heart of the very stimulating process of brainstorming and design.

MOVIE WORKSHOP.

In the film workshop, children and young people start with a journey of ideas through the temporary exhibition "BMW i - VISIONARY MOBILITY" in the BMW Museum. They then use a tablet and stop-motion app to create a stop-motion short film as a team. Finally, the resulting film is shown to all participants.
