When you think of recycling, is your first thought of returning bottles to the supermarket? We ought to change that. Sustainability can not only be interesting, it can also bring out your creativity! The various workshops of the RE:BMW Circular Lab open up an understanding of people and the environment to children, young people and families with different  requirement levels. They offer an aesthetic approach to the topic of the circular economy and promote the advancement of problem-solving, as well as adaptable thinking. The workshops are facilitated by pedagogically trained staff.

WHY IS THE FUTURE ROUND?

What does square or round have to do with the future? Find out at the BMW Welt Campus! And learn how much fun recycling can be when you make your own sustainable products. In a small contest with challenging learning games, 9 to 12 year-olds first get to grips with sustainable principles. Here they throw dice, do puzzles and solve riddles. Afterwards, the children get creative in the Campus Workshop and use innovative tools to make new products out of used plastic beverage caps, which they can take home with them. And that is of course, with an eco-label they developed themselves!

Together with the CIRCULAR HEROES, who open up a light-hearted approach to the topic of circular design at BMW, children and young people get creative while working with sustainable materials. Using innovative tools, they make new products from used plastic that they can take home with them.
