Four attractive restaurants, each with its own unique concept, await you at BMW Welt - perfect for a short break while your electric car charges. Choose from a wide range of hot and cold options. Perhaps our charging menu, which includes a hot drink, a panini of your choice, and a sweet surprise, is just what you need. The restaurants are open daily from 8:30 a.m. (except Sundays from 9:00 a.m.).

If you'd like to take a longer visit to BMW Welt and the BMW Museum after your charging stop, you can park in the BMW Welt underground parking garage. Over 100 additional AC charging points with 22 kW charging capacity are available there.

Design.
Perfectly harmonious and visionary.
In front of BMW Welt, the new High-Power-Charging Station (HPC) blends seamlessly into the surroundings. The charging area—with its materials, color scheme, and form—reflects and extends the visionary design language of BMW Welt. The Charging Trees are equipped with cameras and sensors that detect approaching vehicles. LED light strips display changing colors, visually representing the charging process. The design of the charging park is focused on ensuring a smooth and intuitive user experience.
Hand in hand with nature.
The charging park was carefully planned around the existing tree population, with permeable soils and perennial beds. The design language of the HPC charging stations is inspired by trees. Regional materials were primarily used, including natural stones from the Isar River and terrazzo, which echoes the design of the surrounding historic buildings. The heat generated during charging is dissipated underground, preventing additional heat in the city, as well as ice and slippery conditions in winter.
