50 Years of BMW 6 Series.
To mark its 50th anniversary, the BMW Museum is presenting the history of the BMW 6 Series in a new light through early 2027. The exhibition, which premiered on March 17, brings together selected models in an atmospheric 1970s film setting that brings their appearances on the big screen to life. Discover why the BMW 6 Series is a “movie star” and remains one of the defining models in BMW history to this day.

On May 16 and 17, BMW Welt will become a hub for all motorsport fans: Watch the live broadcast of the legendary Nürburgring 24-Hour Race and immerse yourself in the fascinating world of motorsport.
As part of a SIM-racing challenge, you can take a seat yourself and put your skills to the test. Sunday has a special highlight to offer: at the Meet & Greet with Tim Tramnitz from 14:00 to 14:30, fans will have the opportunity to meet the race car driver in person.

BMW Welt looks back on two extraordinary and unforgettable Summer Open Airs. In collaboration with the organizer "AFTER WORK MUNICH," guests experienced an evening in a unique setting on the sun terrace with views of the Olympiapark, pulsating beats, and summery drinks. 24h Le Mans race live at BMW Welt
An absolute highlight of motorsports awaited all car fans during the live broadcast of the 24-hour race at Le Mans. Racing legend and BMW M works driver Jens Klingmann was the moderator of the famous endurance race.
BMW Welt meets LEGO
The joint event of BMW and LEGO® during the Easter season was a great opportunity to experience both brands under one roof. One of the highlights were selected LEGO® fan models that were exhibited on the event areas of the BMW Welt. Among them was the iconic four-cylinder of the Munich headquarters of the BMW Group as well as various BMW Motorrad and Classic vehicles.
Crime Fiction Festival at BMW Welt
All crime fiction fans were in for an absolute highlight at the BMW Welt this spring: Best-selling author Nele Neuhaus read from her latest work "Monster". The occasion was the 20th International Crime Fiction Festival Munich with numerous readings by renowned authors, which made the Bavarian capital the epicenter of crime literature.
