From the past to the present of driving pleasure: take the Premium Tour and experience the whole world of BMW, with highlights from the BMW Museum, fascinating glimpses of the BMW Plant and the most important parts of BMW Welt.
The first stop of the BMW Premium Tour is the BMW Museum. Here, visitors are treated to a fascinating and innovative presentation of the BMW company, brand and product history. Discover 125 valuable exhibits spanning over 90 years of BMW history.
At the BMW Plant in Munich, visitors can watch with live how passion and precision come together in the manufacture of each individual vehicle. Follow the manufacturing process of a BMW car, from the body shop through the paint shop to the assembly.
The tour ends with a walkabout through BMW Welt. Get insights of the building’s unusual architecture and the sophisticated vehicle collection area where cars are delivered to customers from all over the world. Experience the brand at the BMW Event and Delivery Centre.
Beginning in March, tours are held in groups of twenty, from Tuesday to Friday (Start: 11.30 am). Each tour lasts about three hours and involves around three kilometres of walking.
Please note that there are some sections of the tour that can not be accessed by wheelchairs, prams or push-chairs. For this reason, bookings should not be made for wheelchair users. Similarly, entry is not possible with prams or push-chairs. The minimum recommended age for children taking part in the tour is ten years.
