The following tour in English is offered daily for single visitors:
- BMW Welt Tour Compact
This tour provides insights into the architecture of BMW Welt, the automobile delivery and its behind-the-scenes logistics and the brand experience. It takes place every day on 2 pm.

The following guided tours are offered for closed groups:
- BMW Welt Special Tours
You can also reserve complete guided tours outside the standard times - for example as part of an event. We will be glad to provide you with more details.

- Group tours with max. 20 participants.
- The tours last about 80 minutes.
- We regret to inform you that some sections of the tours are not accessible to wheelchairs or pushchairs/prams.
- We recommend that only children aged over 10 should take part in the tours.

To ensure you can participate in a guided tour at your preferred time, find out in advance when there are free places and reserve right away.

Please collect your tickets 30 minutes before the start of the tour at the information desk. Payment can be made in cash, cash card or credit card or by credit card in advance by using the BMW Welt Info Service. Tickets can be sent to you at a service charge.
