Discover Munich’s key sights from a unique perspective: the BMW Museum is offering a limited number of chauffeur-driven city tours in exclusive BMW classics. These tours set off from outside the BMW Museum and go into .the heart of BMW Welt – to the large vehicle delivery platform – for a rare inside view.

Leaving BMW Welt, the classic automobile continues its journey into the BMW plant, where the latest BMW 3 Series Saloon and Touring can be seen rolling off the production lines. This is followed by a visit to the Historic Vehicle Collection, which is housed in the BMW Classic building and showcases milestones of the company’s more than 90-year history. After a snack, the chauffeur drives you and your fellow-passengers down Leopoldstrasse to Odeonsplatz.

Following the ring road around the old city centre, you can discover the main sights of Munich’s historic core from the comfort of your stately automobile. In BMW’s flagship showroom at Lenbachplatz, a brief tour of the current exhibition await you. After approximately three hours, the classic cars head back to the Museum.

At the end of the tour each guest is presented with a certificate of participation, a gift box and, of course, an entry ticket to visit the BMW Museum plus a Museum guide.

Depending on availability and weather conditions, the models for these tours comprise a selection of classics from the 1930s – such as the BMW 326 Cabriolet and BMW 335 Cabriolet – and the BMW 502 from the 1950s, popularly known as the “Baroque Angel” due to its voluptuous styling.
