To ensure you can participate in a guided tour at your preferred time, find out in advance when there are free places and reserve right away.

Please collect your tickets 30 minutes before the start of the tour from the information desk. Payment can be made in cash, by EC card or credit card. Unfortunately advance payment is not possible.

Group tours with max. 20 participants start on the hour every hour and last about 80 minutes.

Guided tours:
- from 10 am to 4 pm daily

“Architecture” tour (only in German language):
- Sunday: 12 midday

Some sections of the tour unfortunately cannot be accessed by wheelchair or children’s pushchair.
It is recommended that only children aged 10 and older participate in the tour.
