Once you have decided to fulfil your dream of a new BMW, you want to make this process a very special experience from the start. Collecting the new BMW at the BMW Welt is naturally the absolute highlight during your stay at the BMW Welt. But we do not want it to be the only highlight. That is why all the stations of the automobile takeover are planned in every detail from your arrival to your departure, so your day is unforgettable.

Directly after your arrival at the BMW Welt, we will be awaiting you with our tailor-made support program. At the Check In in the Premium Lounge, you can book the individual experiences during your day here. You will receive tickets for your free access to all areas.

You can take part in a guided tour of the production plant either before or after you collect your car, which ever you prefer. As there are no guided tours of the plant on weekends and holidays, you have the chance to participate in a tour of the BMW Welt on those days. Visiting the BMW Museum, which was reopened with a new concept and a much larger exhibition area in 2008, will also be a unique experience. You can also book the tour of the plant or your visit to the museum a day before or after you pick up your car. Your participation in these activities are of course free for you and your party.

And please allow enough time to delve properly into the BMW Welt. It is really worth it. We recommend to schedule two days ideally, if you want to discover all the facetts of the BMW Welt.
